• Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Full Refund: If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation, you will receive a full refund.

  • 50% Refund: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the consultation, you will receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: If you fail to show up for the consultation without any prior notice, you will not receive a refund.

• Rescheduling: You can reschedule your consultation at least 24 hours in advance.

• Recording Prohibition: Recording of consultations is strictly prohibited.

• Content Ownership: Users retain full ownership and copyright of any content (e.g., portfolios, CVs) they submit to us.

• Confidentiality: All content submitted by users for consultation purposes is treated as strictly confidential. We will not share or disclose any user content to third parties, except as required to provide the consultation service.

WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE OUTCOME OF YOUR PORTFOLIO CONSULTATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO JOB OFFERS, DESIGN SUCCESS, OR ANY OTHER SPECIFIC RESULTS. The consultation is intended solely for feedback and advice based on the information provided.

• Payment Methods: All payments for consultations are processed through Calendly’s payment system.

• Payment Terms: Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Consultations will not be confirmed without successful payment.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if a user:

• Engages in rude, disrespectful behavior or violates these Terms.

• Fails to attend a consultation without prior notice or repeatedly cancels/reschedules without valid reasons.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services or these Terms will be governed by the laws of Poland. You agree that any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Poznań, Poland.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make any significant changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page, and the new effective date will be noted at the top of the page.
